Coach Proprio was developed following discussions between Mikel DE ROOIJ and Virginie DEHRI, two professionals of the property market for many years.
Mikel DE ROOIJ (Dutch) « I studied the property market in the Netherlands and then worked in an estate agency in Amsterdam. I started my own specialist agency for foreigners who wanted to live in the Netherlands. Charmed by the ‘Midi’, I sold my business to create 30 à Vendre, a company offering advice and helping the English, Dutch, Belgians, Americans…. wanting to buy a property in France. »
Virginie DEHRI (French) « After studying law, a marketing course and a year in England, I worked in an estate agency, part of an international group. Coming back to this area, I had the opportunity to work with European clients whilst training in Homestaging. Native to the South of France and passionate for my job, I wanted to join a business where I was an Adviser in all senses of the role. >
Lucie DONAINT Lucie is our legal consultant. With 12 years experience, she can give you prudent advice on the sale of your property, whatever your situation. In the spirit of Coach Proprio, a conscientious and imaginative Adviser.
Liesbeth DE GROOT Dutch by birth, she uses her knowledge to help foreign clients. She translates and updates the advertisements and the technical details on the website. An essential element for the European market!
